I visited Irvine Endodontics today for my first root canal. I was expecting it to be very painful, but it was not. The staff frequently checked on me to ensure I was not in pain. All the employees were very welcoming, professional and sociable. I am shocked at the quality of Dr. Dianat's work, this is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. 10/10 highly recommend.

I found Irvine Endodontics on Google and called around 3pm because I was dealing with a really bad toothache. Since it was already late in the day, I was only hoping to get an appointment for the next day. To my surprise, Kim and the other receptionist were incredibly helpful and worked quickly to get me in within an hour. Dr. Dianat and his assistant, I believe her name was Behgum, were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very understanding. They explained everything clearly, including the treatment and the charges, and Kim also did a great job explaining what my insurance would cover. The whole process went smoothly, and I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Dianat and his assistant did an excellent job with my root canal. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, and they also used GentleWave to deep-clean the root canal system. They told me I might feel some soreness afterward, but it has been more than 24 hours and I don’t have any pain. That really shows me how skilled and careful they are. If you need an endodontist, I highly recommend giving Irvine Endodontics a call.

As a medical professional myself, I maintain an exceptionally high standard for clinical excellence, and my experience with Dr. Dianat exceeded every expectation. It was an absolute pleasure to have my procedure performed at his office. From a clinical standpoint, Dr. Dianat’s expertise in endodontics is elite. His technical precision and the advanced technology utilized in the office truly reflect the "Perfection in Endodontics" approach outlined in their practice philosophy. He took the time to explain the clinical complexities of the procedure, which I deeply valued and respected as a fellow peer in the medical field. Furthermore, the entire team deserves immense praise. I want to highly commend Dr. Kia and the rest of the staff for their outstanding, dedicated, and seamless service. The office runs with remarkable efficiency and utmost professionalism. If you are looking for an endodontist who possesses world-class expertise combined with a stellar patient care model, I cannot recommend Dr. Dianat and his team highly enough. They are the gold standard.

When I say I am willing to take the minimum 1 hour and a half drive from LA County to the OC to see Dr. Dianat, I truly mean it. I have seen other endodontics in the past that made me be terrified of getting work done. The fear is finally over since becoming his patient. What makes his different? Let me tell you…Dr. Dianat’s professionalism, team, expertise, calmness, understanding, and most importantly equipment/technology. He doesn’t rush you, he listens and takes his time. Prior to leaving, his staff takes X-rays of the after and Dr. meets with you once again to review the completed treatment. I can’t thank him and the ladies enough for the level of care and compassion. Thank you sooo much for allowing me to come in with such a short notice both times and getting me out better to continue bonding with my baby. Ohh and did I mention that their office is beautiful and so calming? Don’t do a pit stop for coffee! They have you covered with refreshments :) THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN GABBY-the patient with the Gucci/Dior office glasses (inside joke) 😂

As a new immigrant in Irvine without any insurance coverage, I was very anxious when seeking dental treatment. Fortunately, I found Dr. Omid Dianat, and this experience was completely different from my previous dental treatments. The entire medical team was extremely professional. An Iranian dental assistant stayed with me throughout the procedure, constantly comforting and encouraging me. The doctor’s technique was very gentle and meticulous, and the equipment was advanced. The whole treatment process was smooth and comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed. To my surprise, it was almost painless! I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor, so I truly want to recommend him to everyone.
